In this document, "tk996", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the tk996.lat website and all services connected to it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on or using this platform.

tk996 is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket, football, slots, live casino, and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to all the terms and conditions described below.

"Gaming services" refers to all betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other entertainment activities available on the platform. "Wallet" refers to the balance associated with each user's account.

The following conditions must be met to be eligible to register and use services on tk996:

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. If an account is registered with incorrect or misleading information, tk996 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit the associated balance. The name, mobile number, and payment method details used for registration must be consistent with one another.

3.2 Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. You will be fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Verification

tk996 may request that identity verification be completed at any time. This process may involve requesting copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal access may be suspended until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits on tk996 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

The payment method used must be registered in your own name. Depositing using a third-party payment method is prohibited, and such transactions may be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this timeframe may change during a verification process or if suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. tk996 does not have the right to refuse a withdrawal without valid reason; however, if fraud is suspected, the withdrawal may be held pending investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, applicable up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit plus bonus. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus offer may only be claimed once. Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account. tk996 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time. If any bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account may be cancelled.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Betting limits are set separately for each market and game, and are subject to change. It is not possible to place a bet exceeding your available balance.

6.2 Technical Issues

tk996 bears no liability if a game or bet is affected by server outages, network problems, or any other technical error. In such cases, the outcome of the bet may be reviewed based on appropriate evidence.

6.3 Incorrect Odds or Coefficients

tk996 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the member's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk996:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
  • Placing manipulative bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (using "bonus abuse" or "arbitrage" strategies).
  • Hacking, introducing malware, or inserting any other harmful code into the platform's software or systems.
  • Placing bets using automated software or bots.
  • Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.
  • Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
  • Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, and the full balance may be forfeited.

8.1 Closure by tk996

In the event of a breach of these terms, tk996 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. The balance of an account closed due to fraud or prohibited activity will not be returned.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account yourself at any time. In that case, please contact the support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any available balance will be returned.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, tk996 may take action in accordance with the relevant policy. The member will be notified in advance by email.
